A big house doesn’t get dirty all at once. It slips one room at a time: the bedroom nobody sleeps in, the downstairs family room, the bathroom at the far end of the hall. Regular visits keep every room at the same level, including the ones you don’t walk into every day.
For the house where every room is in use: kids, pets, a home office and a steady stream of weekend guests.
The schedule that suits a family home. Every room gets its turn before it needs it, and you stop noticing the ones you used to put off.
For a home with more rooms than people: a household of two in Four Seasons or Heritage, or a house where the extra bedrooms wait for family to visit.
No long-term contracts. Same high standard every visit, backed by a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee.
Want to know exactly what we do before you book? Our recurring house cleaning page walks through every room. If it’s been a while since the house had a professional cleaning, start with a deep cleaning.

Yes. Albertti Cleaning is a Roseville house cleaning company that also serves El Dorado Hills. Our service area covers the 95762 ZIP code, including Serrano, The Promontory, Blackstone and the original villages. If you want to double-check your street, the number is (916) 413-3948.
By its real size. We look at square footage, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the type of service, whether the house is on one level or three. You can get an estimate online, or have us come by and walk the house first. And because regular cleaning can be tailored to your priorities, the rooms you use most can get the most attention.
With the access instructions you give us. When you book, send the gate details along with the instructions for the house itself, and the team follows them on cleaning day. Nobody has to wait at home to buzz us in.
Yes. Both 55+ communities, Four Seasons and Heritage El Dorado Hills, are in our service area. Would you rather hear a voice first? Our number is (916) 413-3948, and you can ask us anything before you book. Everyone who comes to your door has passed a background check, and Albertti Cleaning is licensed and insured.
Yes, and here’s how we make sure. Kamila Albertti, who founded the company, set one quality standard, and everyone on the team is trained to it and works from the same room-by-room checklist. So the result doesn’t depend on which team is assigned that day. If something is ever missed, tell us: the team returns within 24 hours and takes care of it at no extra cost.
You’re invoiced after each cleaning, by email or phone. Pay with a credit or debit card, Venmo or Zelle. Cash and checks aren’t accepted, so there’s nothing to leave on the counter.
A company gives you what an hourly arrangement can’t: background-checked cleaners, insurance, a room-by-room checklist and a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee. In a large home, that’s what keeps the last bathroom as clean as the first. It’s the difference between paying for hours and paying for never having to think about it.
Yes. We bring everything we need, products and equipment included, so there’s nothing for you to supply. If you have products you trust on a particular floor or countertop, or a brand you prefer, let us know ahead of time and we’ll use those.
