Do I need a deep clean before recurring visits?
No, it isn’t required. A deep clean is a good starting point when a home hasn’t had a professional cleaning in a while, or when you want a full reset before regular visits begin. Many clients start that way and then move to a weekly, biweekly or monthly schedule.
What's the difference between Regular and Deep Cleaning?
Regular cleaning covers the essentials that keep your home clean and maintained: kitchen countertops, sinks, appliance exteriors and floors; bathroom sinks, toilets, mirrors and floors; and dusting, vacuuming and general tidying in bedrooms and living areas. Deep cleaning includes all of that plus more detailed, intensive work: removing built-up grime, scrubbing tile and grout, and cleaning hard-to-reach areas, blinds, window tracks, interior windows and the inside of the fridge and oven. Regular cleaning is ideal for ongoing upkeep, while deep cleaning is best for a first visit, a seasonal refresh or a special occasion.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all. You’re welcome to be home, but many clients provide access instructions and return to a freshly cleaned space.

We look at three things: your home’s square footage, how many bedrooms and bathrooms you have, and the kind of cleaning you want (recurring, deep or move-in/move-out).
